Film Screening and Artist Talk

A screening of Behind Every Day (approx. 13 minutes), followed by a facilitated conversation, Q&A, or audience discussion (1h-1.5h).

Topics include: story gathering, ethics, and care-based creative process, and how real experiences are translated into animation and storytelling. Rachel and Kim speak about the value of disability approaches, access, and audio description as creative tools, and reflect on what they’ve learned through arts and healthcare collaboration. The talk also opens space for conversation about listening, fear, joy, grief, and the complexity of end-of-life experiences.
